Terms and Conditions of Warranty

  • Limitation of Warranty includes Motor, Factory Battery (6 months) & Remote Controller only.
  • The loss of use due to human intervention/reasons and force majeure factors are not covered by this warranty.
  • The email notification, together with receipt/bill/invoice, must be presented when sending the purchased item for repair and / or service.
  • This guarantee is non-transferable and valid in the country your purchased from only.
  • This guarantee does not cover repair and / or replacements of parts damaged by misuse, accident, modification, or in any way being tampered with, or repaired by any service organization without the prior consent of the agent.
  • Where warranty is void during the warranty period due to the above reason, replacements cost for parts and workmanship cost will be implemented at your own cost.
  • We reserve the rights to deny any servicing or repairs at out discretion.
  • Cost of transportation to and from service center to be borne by the customer.
